Last week, Hale Mau’u received an Award of Merit at the 2026 AIA Honolulu Design Awards. Launched in 1958, the awards program is the state’s oldest, showcasing residential, commercial, and institutional projects from across the country.
During the awards gala at the historic Hawaii Theatre, Hale Mauʻu was recognized for its exceptional architectural design and quality. Project Manager Dan Bacicuska accepted the award, which was followed by a pechakucha-style presentation.
