John Pierson

Architectural roots run deep in the Pierson family. Growing up, John watched his family design and build his childhood home in the Northern California redwoods, and he spent his teenage years helping at the family’s building supply store in the coastal town of Eureka. John’s a visual person by nature; he says he didn’t have to think twice about pursuing a career in architecture.
Soon after graduating from the University of Oregon, he joined the Walker Warner team. Two decades in, he’s now an Associate Principal, where he brings his appreciation of timeless design and eye for detail to every project he takes on.
